3-D Glasses- Nonsense Or The Future?
3D seems to be getting more popular again and you can see it in the cinema as major releases are also released in 3D? Channel 4 have recently shown a huge presentation on 3D things giving the glasses away for free and it seems to have gained some serious interest.
However has the time come where we are going to be replacing cheap glasses and cheap designer sunglasses with brand new 3-D glasses, after all they are very difficult to use if you already have poor vision.
Because they are looking to release new 3D televisions it surely has to be a sign that it is certainly going to be big. There does seem to be a fair few issues with the current 3D technology.
Although companies are deneying it causes health problems it seems to give people headaches which is not a good sign. There seem to be a lot of movies out there that already optimise on the 3D when in fact they give a lot of people a bad headache.
If you think about it, most theme parks have 3D attractions and they seem to be ahead of a lot of other companies. In Florida they have several attractions in 3D and even have a new ride in which you have to shoot things all in 3D. This is pretty cool and they have clearly used the most recent technology.
So although I do not think 3-D will takeover from glasses direct with the new televisions on the way it is sure to make an impact.
To be honest, it has to be your choice when it comes to 3D you either reallty want it or you do not. It is wondered how the various computer games that are set to be released are going to manage to allow you to play them for 8 hours straight without getting a headache.
